After we review your estimate and inquiry we will work with you to schedule an initial discovery call.

During our discovery call we will review your vision and needs for your big day and then convert your ideas into an Official Proposal.

Contract & Date Confirmation

Lock in your date with a 20% non-refundable floral retainer and signed contract.

This guarantees Dear Madalynn will help bring your floral dreams to life on the day of your event.

Final Design Consultation

A final design review 6-8 weeks before your event to lock in your design, make any changes, and ensure we have everything covered.

About our Cost Estimator

At Dear Madalynn we believe in clear, honest pricing.

This estimator gives you an up-front view of typical costs so you can explore ideas and plan confidently. It uses our average unit pricing to produce an initial subtotal, then shows our full service fee and applicable tax so there are no surprises.

That said, transparent pricing does not mean cookie‑cutter designs. Every inquiry receives the custom creativity your wedding deserves — we tailor each proposal to your vision while keeping you fully informed of costs every step of the way.

About OUr Service Fees

Our Production and Design Fee covers the work our team does behind the scenes to bring your event to life. This includes things such as delivery, setup, custom installations, vase rental, the creative planning and meetings with Madalynn, our Owner and lead designer, coordination of florals and supplies with our buyer, and the physical labor, design time, and skills of our Florists. 

 This fee is a percentage that will be added to your invoice based on your floral sub total.

For Ala Carte Weddings

Includes delivery to one location and vases, Client is responsible for ALL setup and teardown...added bonus, you get to keep all the flowers and vases!

*All vases included in this package are glass with the option for us to custom source vases at your request (additional fees may apply)

**Installations such as hanging greenery and arches are not eligible for this package as Full Service design fees are required. Lighting & Candle rentals are also not eligible.

Includes delivery to multiple locations within 2 hours of Dallas, setup, custom installations, late night teardown, vase rental, AND custom hard goods sourcing as needed.

For Extenuating Circumstance

Required for all venues 2+ hours away from our design studio or events that require extenuating circumstances for exemplary service.

 

*We reserve the right to charge additional fees based on the required travel and level of service (ex: hotels, transportation, meal per diem)
